Birth and death certificates generated via the CRS Portal (Civil Registration System)—developed by the Central Government—bear the name, designation, and signature of the concerned Assistant Commissioner-cum-Sub-Registrar of the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation, as well as the name of the respective Zonal Office. These certificates feature a QR code, which citizens or applicants can use to verify the authenticity of their documents.

Therefore, once the birth or death registration certificate has been uploaded online to the RTS portal, the physical stamp of the concerned Zonal Office is not required on the certificate.
